DMXking, eDMX8 MAX

The DMXking, eDMX8 MAX is a rugged, fully protected and isolated 8-Port DMX Node for sACN/E1.31 and Art-Net to DMX512 conversion. Supporting both DMX512 output and input (individually configurable on each port), advanced stream merging and built-in show recording, the eDMX8 MAX is well-suited to touring stage environments as well as installations. Designed and manufactured in New Zealand to the highest standards.

The DMXking eDMX8 MAX features:

• – Power over Ethernet 802.3af/at compliant. Alternative power via USB-C
• – Tough metal enclosure with multiple mounting options
• – USB DMX functionality in addition to Network ArtNet/sACN
• – 8x DMX512 OUT or DMX512 IN isolated ports
• – Merge 2 incoming Art-Net streams per output channel with both HTP and LTP options
• – Merge Art-Net + DMX input -> DMX output(s)
• – Merge 2x DMX input -> DMX output(s)
• – sACN Priority take over for multi-tier controller arrangements

• – Real-time clock with battery (not supplied) backup for intermittent power standalone playback

Two units come racked in a 3RU case for easy deployment and back-stage stacking. The rack also contains:

• – 1x TP-Link TL-SG1008MP Unmanaged 8-Port Network Switch with POE+
• – 1x LSC, MDRX DMX Splitter (5x 5-Pin Output, 5x 3-Pin Outputs)
• – 1x LumenRadio, CRMX Aurora
• – 1x Custom Patch Panel with Neutrik Ethercon Connectors
