Order Processing

– Orders are normally processed within one business day of being placed.
– Once processed, customers will receive an email containing tracking information, a tax invoice, and product serial numbers (if applicable).

Shipping

– Latarka primarily ships via Australia Post Express, and orders are generally delivered within three business days of being processed.
– Latarka does not ship goods internationally. Customers must provide a valid Australian street or PO Box address for delivery.
– Shipping occurs at the customer’s risk. Customers may choose a shipping option that includes insurance and signature on delivery at the time of checkout to mitigate this risk.
